Dear Fit Kids Families,

As I write this email, it has been six weeks exactly since we closed our doors to the public. Initially when we closed, we had no idea that events would unfold across the nation as they did. I have to confess, it took about three weeks for us to realize that this nationwide crisis is likely to be resolved later, rather than sooner. Once that realization set in, we stopped looking at the crisis as a short-term problem and started creating solutions geared for a longer term.

Looking at our company, two of our greatest strengths are our one-of-a-kind gymnastics curriculum, and our smart, hard working, enthusiastic teachers. We decided to put those strengths to good use. So, for the past 3 weeks we have worked to adapt our curriculum to home use and train our teachers to present their classes in an online format. In formulating these online classes, our goals were that they be safe, active and fun. We have created them and now we are ready to roll!

Online classes will start Monday, April 27. Registration will also start on that day at 10:00 AM. You can go to our website: fitkidsgym.com and see what classes are available. We will be offering classes 7 days per week at various times of the day, and we intend to offer higher level classes as time goes on.

As mentioned in a previous email, these classes will be presented online, using Zoom as the platform to conduct the classes. Available on your internet browser or as a free app, Zoom is easy to use. YouTube is full of videos to show you how to use Zoom and you can get up and running with it in no time at all.

When you register for a class, you will receive an email from us with detailed information on how to get started with Fit Kids classes in your home. Our teachers are super excited to get started and we hope that you will be willing to give us a try. Don’t forget, these classes come with a 100% money back guarantee for the entire first month!

Now, on a more somber note. We have all been watching the news, and we know about the massive layoffs and mandatory business shutdowns going on all around us. We want to help. If any of you are dealing with a loss of income due to a job loss or reduction in hours, and therefore are choosing not to have your child participate, we stand ready to assist you. We will make whatever discounts are necessary to allow your child to join our online classes. We will even offer the classes for free if that is what you need. When will we re-open our doors to the public? Our new projected date is June 1, but like always, we follow health department guidance and the date is certainly subject to change. In the meantime, we hope to see you in our virtual, online world where we can do some gymnastics activities and see each other once again.
